Mr. Bethel resides at 273 Jones Levee Road, Chillicothe, Ohio, with his wife, June. Their children are Wil, Corey, Kandis and Tiffany. Mr. and Mrs. Bethel have 8 grandchildren. Mr. Bethel is a lifetime resident of Twin/Paxton township and a graduate of Paint Valley High School.

  • Veteran of United States Army, 5 years service.
  • 16 years as 4-H Advisor
  • 18 years as member of Ross County Fair Board “Calf Scramble” Committee
  • 7 years as Ross County Fair Board Member
  • 4 years as Little League Baseball coach
  • 3 years as Little ‘Cats Football coach

Employment:

Manager of a local Agriculture business, Crop Production Services, for the past 19 years, Mr. Bethel enjoys working with area farmers in serving their needs. He holds a state license in industrial vegetation which allows the township to legally spray roadways for brush and noxious weeds. Mr. Bethel also holds a CDL license and assists the township road employees in snow removal and other emergency situations.

Bill and his wife Angie reside at 1685 Maple Grove Road. They are the parents of Greg (Lisa) Jones and Deanna (John) Redfearn. They are also the proud grandparents of 4 granddaughters. Bill was born and raised on a family farm in Twin Township with his 2 brothers, Bob ( deceased) and Dave, where they shared many adventures and created great memories.

Education:

  • Graduate of Paint Valley Local Schools
  • Bachelor's Degree from Lipscomb University, Nashville, Tennessee
  • Master's Degree from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio

Employment:

  • Served as Teacher and Coach at Huntington Local Schools
  • Served as Guidance Counselor at Western Local Schools, Pike County
  • Retired as Guidance Supervisor from Pickaway-Ross Career and Technical Center

Public Service:

  • Served on Governor of Ohio's State Advisory Committee for Guidance Counselors and Development
  • Served 2 terms as a member of Paint Valley Schools Board of Education
  • Served 5 terms as Fiscal Officer for Twin Township
  • Was a member of the Twin Township Volunteer Fire Depaitment as an EMT and also as Assistant Fire Chief
  • Bill and Angie are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Chillicothe, where Bill is currently serving his second term as a Church Trustee.

2024 is the first term for Kim as Twin Township Fiscal Officer.
Current term of office: April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2028

Kim resides at 14705 US Highway 50, Chillicothe, Ohio, with her husband, Joe. They have two daughters and son-in-laws who graduated from Paint Valley High School and continue to live in the district: Maggie and Nathan Barker with 5 children and Riley and Drew Bobb with 2 children.

Education:

  • Graduate of Chillicothe High School
  • Graduate of The Ohio State University, Bachelor of Business Education
  • Graduate of Ashland University, Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Development

Occupation:

Retired in 2013 after 32 years as Business Instructor and Business Professionals of America Advisor for Pickaway-Ross. Kim was housed at Pickaway-Ross campus, Chillicothe High School and Paint Valley High School during her time of teaching. Kim also taught Adult Education business classes as well as training corporations in Microsoft Office programs.

Public Service:

  • Served 6 years as Ross County 4-H Advisory Committee member
  • Serving as Ross County 4-H Advisory Committee Financial Officer
  • Served 32 years as Business Professionals of America Advisor for local, region and state
  • Served as Paint Valley Student Council Advisor and Paint Valley Cheer Coach
